It’s been long overdue in this industry...a dicing saw that seriously addresses
your precision dicing needs coupled with our unparalleled service and support
package.
We started with the base of the saw where any thermal expansions or
vibrational noises will cause instability in your cutting as with granite
or cast iron. Our base is a Kevlar Carbon Composite with an integrated
acoustical dampening material, exceeding the qualities of granite
or marble. The base also exhibits a zero thermal expansion coefficient,
very important when even a few degrees of change will affect the precision
of your dicing process.
All moving surfaces are air bearing to assure smoothness of movement.
We decided to use the newest in high precision movement...stepper motors,
when coupled with precision controlled software, hardware movement
maintains accuracies in the sub-micron range.
Active Matrix 10.4 inch Flat panel color displays for the touch panel
and video display that are static free compliment the user interface.
Plus, no knobs, switches or cryptic keypads are needed to push, poke
or twist to operate the saw. Just a very simple menu that steps you through
operations.
Our flat panel even works with gloves in your cleanroom.
