Diamond Touch Technology, Inc. in cooperation with Business Partners Leasing provides a low rate operating lease program with an economical technology upgrade solution to help meet the rapidly changing needs in the production of fiber optic components, chips, microprocessors, disk drives, and medical instrumentation.

Advantages of The Diamond Touch’s “Dynamic Lease” include:

• No Capital Outlays
  • No up front payments, no lease security deposits, and no fees, with all lease payments quarterly in arrears (at the end of each quarter).
• Low finance rates
  • Effective interest rate on 3 year operating leases of between 1.8% and 2.6%.
• User Flexibility at the end of the initial term
  • User can cancel the lease and return the equipment.
  • User may continue leasing at the same rate on a quarter to quarter basis.
  • User may renew the lease for 2 years with a 30% rate reduction or user may renew the lease for 3 years with a 50% rate reduction.
  • User may return the unit for a complete refurbishment , replacement of worn parts, and addition of all upgrades available for this unit.  User will receive a new 3 year lease for this upgraded and refurbished unit at 60% of the initial rate.
